Appointments

As of May 18, our office is open to both in-person and TeleHealth Appointments.

TELEHEALTH APPOINTMENTS: A TeleHealth Appointment is a consultation via smart phone or webcam, which allows you to maintain social distance, protect the older population of our community, and meet with Dr. Tieng from the comfort of your own home. If your visit is not urgent, please call my staff for detailed instructions on how to set up your initial TeleHealth Appointment. You may be asked to install an app on your iOS or Android device to insure that your consultation is private and secure. We are asking everyone to please be patient during this global pandemic.

IN PERSON APPOINTMENTS: My staff will provide instructions during your visit to maintain social distance protocols. Our office requires you to wear a mask at all times. We will provide you with a mask if you do not have one. These extra steps are for the mutual protection of all of my patients and my staff. I ask that everyone please be patient during this global pandemic.

COVID-19 SYMPTOMS: If you have symptoms of cough, fever, and/or new onset diarrhea, or if you have been in contact with anyone with the above symptoms, please remain quarantined and call the office to arrange a TeleHealth Appointment.

Dr. Tieng welcomes new patients and accepts most insurance plans. She sees patients in her  Rancho Cucamonga office and performs procedures at at multiple locations in Upland, Rancho Cucamonga, Redlands and San Bernardino. She schedules most office visits and procedures within 2 weeks notice.
